About

I am a Ph.D. candidate in Bioinformatics at UCLA, advised by Dr. Matteo Pellegrini in the computational biology lab focus on aging and life science rearch. I work on cutomizing scRNA and spatial transcriptomics analysis pipeline, single-cell age prediction, and implemention of LLM agent to biology. Most of my data is open-sourced or through collaboration with biologists.

Actively looking for a job in any of the focus above.
